SALES POLICY
Upon reservation of kids, or adult goats, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Full payment is required prior to shipment, or transport. Buyer is responsible for any
vet exams/health certificates, all shipping costs, and cost of crate. We guarantee our
goats to be healthy upon leaving our farm. We cannot guarantee the health of a goat
once the animal has been removed from our farm. We do try to choose kids that are
show quality to homes requesting an animal that will do well in the show ring. We do
our best to fulfill this request. However it is impossible to foresee how each individual
animal will mature over time, and cannot guarantee absolute "show quality". We will
ship kids at 8 weeks of age to knowledgeable homes. If a first time goat owner, we
prefer to ship at 10 weeks of age and we prefer to sell two goats. Goats are herd
animals and do not do well if living alone. Many times we can give a buyer a wether as
a companion animal, if the buyer is purchasing a doe or buckling, PROVIDED A
WETHER IS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE. Many times we will
have wethers available if the buyer is willing to wait for a period of time until additional
kids are born. There will be a minimal gas charge for transport to airports. If a kid
should become sick or die prior to shipment, buyer may transfer reservation to a
different goat, or receive a full refund. Jasper Pine reserves the right to cancel any
reservation at any time, and a full refund would be returned to buyer. We reserve the
right to keep any doeling or buckling of our choice.

Up-date: Due to lack of time we do not make ground transports
to meet buyers of goats. However we do make transports to
airports.
If purchasing a bred doe, we prefer not to allow the doe to leave
our farm any earlier than 35 days after exposure to buck, and we
prefer 45 days to assure the doe will maintain her pregnancy. We
can have the doe ultra sounded at buyers expense if requested.
Even with this practice in place we cannot guarantee the doe will
maintain her pregnancy after leaving our farm. We view the actual
mating for accurate dates as well as knowing the conception
occurred. We do not pasture breed.
