Smokey remains my favorite buck in our barn. He has really proven himself as an
outstanding buck, producing consistency in all of his off spring. I am always
guaranteed, when we breed any doe to Smokey, it will be a phenomenal baby!!!!
We will continue to use Smokey very heavily in our breeding program for years to
come. He will not be sold from our farm.
Smokey is a very refined buck with very correct feet and legs, toes pointing foreword,
straight upright pasterns, and straight legs. He is as long as a train and has a gorgeous
level top line. He oozes dairy character. His loose dairy skin makes him difficult to trim.
He is producing consistently long, level, sharp, dairy, absolutely gorgeous kids. All of this
years does out of Smokey have phenomenal udders. When looking at our kidding
schedule, it is quite obvious how much we like this buck and he is our herd sire. His
pedigree is pretty impressive loaded with great udder genetics.
